Warranty/Factory Service

Signal Electric Labs LLC warrants your purchased product to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year starting with the date of purchase so long as your purchased product is used as intended in accordance with the Technical Manual supplied with your product. If defects are encountered within this time frame, Signal Electric Labs, LLC will either repair or replace your purchased product, at the discretion of Signal Electric Labs LLC, free of charge (less shipping). This warranty extends to individual connecting cables, components and power supplies (if supplied) on an exchange basis only; in other words, these items will be replaced within the warranty period so long as the defective item is first returned to Signal Electric Labs LLC.

This product warranty does not cover: misuse, abuse, negligence or accidents in its use; damage caused by static discharge or by either using or storing your purchased product outside those specifications listed in the Technical Manual associated with the product in question; modifications of any kind, either electrical or mechanical; removal or defacing your product's Serial Number or Model Number Type; conducting repairs on your purchased product, even in good faith. This product warranty does not cover nor is it extended to other equipment that may be used in conjunction with your purchased product. This warranty is valid for the original purchaser only; viz., this warranty is NOT transferrable.

Signal Electric Labs LLC is available Monday through Friday, 8am ~ 5pm (EST) for technical help or for service, whether or not your purchased product is or is not covered under the warranty period. If you wish to contact Signal Electric Labs LLC, you have the following three options:

Every attempt will be made to ensure that you get the best support possible, either with technical questions or repair service. In order to best serve you, please tell us the Model Type and Serial Number of your product when contacting us. You must contact Signal Electric Labs LLC first to request a return authorization for repairs, whether or not your product is under warranty BEFORE sending your product back. The Model Type and Serial Number of the product identifies the original purchaser. No warranty repair will be honored without first providing the Serial Number of the product.

If the product or individual component needs to be returned to Signal Electric Labs LLC for any reason, be certain that it has been placed in an anti-static bag (preferably the original, if possible) and that the returned item(s) are carefully packed for shipment. Signal Electric Labs LLC is not responsible for damaged items due to improper packing and damage or loss suffered during shipment.

In the event that any component part appears to be defective outside the warranty period or if you wish to purchase additional components, you may purchase any component used on your product(s) by contacting Signal Electric Labs LLC. Be certain to include the SEL Part Number and quantity when contacting Signal Electric Labs LLC. All Technical Manuals are included with the product and are NOT sold separately.

Please note: products that are to be serviced under the warranty period must be sent to Signal Electric Labs LLC for repair or replacement. Signal Electric Labs LLC will not provide individual replacement components free of charge to the purchaser to repair products under the warranty period. This means that Signal Electric Labs LLC reserves the sole right to perform all warranty repair(s). This ensures that the product is repaired correctly and meets specifications before being shipped back to the purchaser.

Signal Electric Labs LLC is under no obligation to incorporate updates, modifications or improvements to any or all electrical products and printed materials previously sold.
